We do not apply a one-size-fits-all model. We listen, we learn, and we build support around the person.
Eligibility
Who Is Eligible
In-home support services through Faith Global Healthcare LLC are available to eligible individuals in Virginia who are enrolled in applicable Medicaid waiver programs or approved funding sources and who have an active support plan authorizing in-home support services. Additional service areas, including Washington DC, are planned pending required approvals.
